The Lucky Eng LCR-700 Sheet automates a repetitive stage of roll preparation. Automatic detection enables successive rice sheets to be produced without pressing the operation button for each sheet.
Choose a preparation method that suits your workflow: spread rice onto nori, or prepare the rice sheet first and add nori afterwards. Filling, rolling and cutting remain separate steps.
For a useful production assessment, consider the whole workstation. Rice preparation, ingredient placement and the pace of rolling all influence how many finished rolls your team can serve.
